Center for Applied GenoTyping Munich

The Center for Applied GenoTyping Munich, CAGT-Munich, is a facility of the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry in Munich, Germany.

The center was established to carry out genetic research from this institution but is also open to extramural research projects, both from academia and industry. It has been contributing the most recent genotyping technology to the German National Genome Research Network, NGFN, and will continue to do so in the future.

CAGT-Munich provides the infrastructure for support and implementation of large scale genotyping projects. This includes a wide spectrum of genotyping technologies, an experienced laboratory staff as well as expert data analysts. The complementarity of the methods available in the platform will allow optimal completion of projects.
